If something in the VeeFive app isn’t working as expected, or you have a question about your account, garage or a subscription, get in touch and we’ll help.
1. Email us
The quickest way to reach us is by email at support@veefive.com. We read every message and aim to help as soon as we can.
2. What to include
The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. Where relevant, please include:
- Your app version — found in the app under Settings → About.
- Your device and its operating system — for example “iPhone 15, iOS 18” or “Pixel 8, Android 14”.
- The vehicle registration involved, if your question is about a specific car — this is optional, and only needed if the issue is specific to one vehicle in your garage.
- A short description of what happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
Please don’t send us your account password, payment card details, or any other sensitive information by email — we will never ask for these.
3. Managing your subscription
VeeFive doesn’t take payment details itself, so subscriptions are managed wherever you originally subscribed:
- Subscribed through the App Store: manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Subscribed through Google Play: manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play subscription settings.
- Subscribed on the VeeFive website: manage your subscription from your VeeFive account, or contact us at support@veefive.com for help.
